Loudoun Communications offers maintenance on all levels including 24/7 system maintenance with a fully trained staff of service technicians, on-site repairs and installations and technical support.  Our technicians are trained in the latest techniques and technologies available.

Our senior techs average over 20 years experience each.  We handle your service needs promptly, typically within 48 hours for non-emergency situations.  If you have a system emergency, you will generally have same day service.

Communications Networks and Radio System Design

Loudoun Communications engineers will work with you to determine your project needs and customize a solution to meet those needs.  We use computer generated mapping and path studies as well on on site testing and evaluation to determine coverage requirements.  We cover all aspects of the radios systems from initial design to equipment sale, installation and integration, interoperability, maintenance and repair.

Repairs

Loudoun Communications repairs equipment and radios to the component level in-house, enabling quicker return to customers.  Equipment can be shipped to us with a completed repair ticket  If you are local you may drop off your repairs at our Douglasville location, or we will pick up and deliver them.

Delta 1010 Card Repair

The M-Audio Delta 1010 (the primary sound card used in the Harris C3 MaestroIP Dispatch Console) has reached its end-of-life and is no longer available from the manufacturer.  Loudoun Communications will refurbish defective Delta 1010 cards for a flat rate of $95.00 plus shipping. Programming

Loudoun Communications handles all variations of programming and testing of communications equipment and radios prior to delivery on initial purchases and we reprogram on site for narrowbanding or system changes.

Customer Training

Training is the cornerstone for any efficient use of communications equipment and systems by end user personnel.  Loudoun is here to support you in this critical component, whether it is a simple demonstration of hand held portable equipment or complete training for the implementation of a new system.  Exclusive training package are available which can be tailored to your agency’s specific needs.

Propagation Study, Path Analysis and Site Surveys are important tools for ensuring that your system will work as intended prior to  investing resources in infrastructure.  At Loudoun Communications, we use a combination of computer tested studies along with real-world testing in order to make sure that you system will provide the communications solution you need.

SCADA

SCADA is the acronym for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.  SCADA is a computer-based system for gathering and analyzing real-time data to monitor and control equipment that deals with critical and time-sensitive materials or events. SCADA systems were first used in the 1960’s and are now an integral component in virtually all industrial plant and production facilities.  Loudoun Communications provides system design, engineering and implementation, training and maintenance for several SCADA systems in the Southeast.
